In these days of massively inflated footballer salaries (and in some cases egos) it's very refreshing to hear about a manager like Cambridge United's Jez George.
Eighty Cambridge fans made the 540 round trip journey to their recent away game at Barrow and Jez George decided to cover the admission cost of all those travelling fans.
On top of this the players contributed pizza for the journey home.
It's great to see a manager and players connect with fans like this. Good for them.
